Our Little Ballerina

Probably Charlotte's biggest treat of the week...GJ took her to the mall and bought her a leotard, tutu, and ballet slippers. Charlotte couldn't be more thrilled. I'm not sure if we're going to be able to get it off her!

Dress Up

Charlotte's been having lots of fun with GJ in town for the week. They've been having tea parties, playing dress up, baking pies, and shopping at the mall. She's been in little girl heaven! She got to play dress up with GJ's dresses from when she was a little girl. Here she is dressed up and singing "Jesus Loves Me".

Choosing her own Outfit

Last Friday I told the babysitter that she could let Charlotte choose her own outfit...and this is what I came home to. :) Charlotte talked her into venturing into the closet where she chose her ladybug Halloween costume from two years ago...it was a bit small, but surprisingly still fit. She was so excited to be a ladybug all day, and wanted to wear it the next day too!

"The More We Get Together..."

This is Charlotte singing "The more we get together, together, together, the more we get together, the happier we'll be. 'Cause your friends are my friends and my friends are your friends, the more we get together the happier we'll be." Just thought I'd clarify, because it's a little hard to tell at first. :)

More Easter Pics

Charlotte could barely walk in these shoes...but when we were shopping at Nordstrom Rack she spotted them and just had to have them. She calls them her glass slippers. After walking around in them all day yesterday, when I gave her a choice of which shoes she wanted to wear today...she chose a different pair. My guess is these ones were a little uncomfortable...but she did stick with them all day yesterday, put up with the pain all for the sake of beauty. :)
