Charlotte's 1st Birthday!

Well, the big day has come and gone, and I can't believe it's already over. Most of all, I can't believe Charlotte is already one year old! Time really does fly...

She did dive into the cake, and loved it! And it was a mess, ending up in her hair and everywhere else. It was so much fun though!

4th of July

Today was Charlotte's first time swimming. She loved it! The water felt great with how hot it's been recently, and it was a fun way to spend part of the day on the 4th of July.

This was my due date last year, and it's pretty crazy for me to look back and remember what it was like when we were anxiously awaiting Charlotte's arrival. And now I can't believe an entire year has gone by. The time really does go by fast.

Here she is just relaxing in her little floating device. I think she would have stayed in the water all day if we had let her!

But in the end she was all tired out, and went home for a nap.

And then off to a 4th of July party, where her friend James was very persistent in trying to give her a kiss. It was adorable!
