Mom's Back at Work

Well, I'm back at work now...school is in session, which means my posts are going to become alot less frequent. Here's a couple pictures from a few weeks ago when Manoah stopped by for a visit.

Fun in the Sun

This summer has been so much fun and I've been loving getting to do some fun activities with my friends and their kids. Here's some of the gang at Legoland: (from left to right) Penelope, Kaden, Charlotte, and Manoah (the ladies' man).

Another Birthday Celebration

After celebrating Charlotte's birthday with Rick's side of the family in Oklahoma, we came home and had a small birthday celebration for Charlotte and Grandpa Arlen's birthday.



She also had her first bite of ice cream, which I guess was a little cold for her, because she seemed a little shocked and didn't love it as much as I thought I would. Oh well...no use in rushing it.

Birthday Weekend!

We spent the 4th of July and Charlotte's birthday visiting GJ and Grandpa Frank in Oklahoma. It was a fun-filled weekend and Charlotte got to do lots of new things, see lots of family, and get spoiled by everyone! I was a little worried about how she would do on the three hour plane flight, but she was great.

She even fell asleep in my lap right after we took off!

A Day at the Fair

Charlotte loves animals (definitely didn't get that from me,) so we figured she'd enjoy the fair. And she did! She loved petting all the animals...except I think the horse was a little intimitating. She also had a great time listening to some live music and showing off her dance moves. Looks like we might have a little 4H-er on our hands.




















And of course some lemonaid to finish off a great day at the fair.

Hanging out with Friends

Every Wednesday a group of us get together and the kids play and the moms talk. It's a fun time. Here's some pictures from last Wednesday when we all went to the Verdugo's.

Summer Fun

So far summer has been filled with lots of fun things...playing in the kiddie pool, going to the beach, going to the Wild Animal Park, and of course...hanging out with friends. I'm loving being off work and getting to spend time with Charlotte.
